Staff very welcoming and friendly and immediately came to us to offer assistance, ordering was easy and quick and we were given a choice of dates for delivery to suit us.

There were 2 sales people, already assisting customers, at the time I arrived. however I was acknowledged and apologised to for not assisting me immediately. Then I was listened to when describing what I wanted, shown suitable mattresses, encouraged to try the mattresses. Good advice was given so I placed an order. I was asked if I wanted a drink. the shop floor area was clean and uncluttered. Friendly staff.

Both Terry and TK knew a lot about beds, asked about how we slept then applied that to what bed would suit us. both members of staff were also very willing to answer any questions we have and were very helpful but not pushing the sales too hard.they were perfect!

I was recommended to visit the Reditch Dreams from my brother who bought a mattress at the start of the year. The whole experience was excellent, the service, the assistant who looked after us and the selection which they have.

KEVIN who assisted us was very efficient, polite and knowledgeable.

We were given a warm welcome when we arrived at the store then helpful advice about the products we wanted. While we looked around, we were offered coffee and another member of staff entertained our three-year old son with balloons and hide-and-seek. The ordering process and finance application were professionally handled. It was an excellent experience. Many thanks to Terry and Kevin at Redditch.

I found the team to be very informative and helpful. With so much choice on offer the assistances knowledge of the products was very helpful.

The salesman Tk was very knowledgeable about the mattress and was very patient with us as it is a lot of money and we wanted to get the right mattress, he explained the different types of fillings and we felt that he helped us to decide without putting any pressure on us Also we had a coffee ☕ which was made exactly how we like it we left the store feeling excited
