Kevin and Terry were really helpful but not pushy and gave us the information we required to help us decide which bed was the best for us. We found the store well laid out and easy to look around.

Sandra at the Kings Heath store and TK at the Redditch store were brilliant and very knowledgeable about their products - I was very impressed.

We only needed a new mattress but the sales assistant Takunda was extremely knowledgable and patient, helping us to find the right product.

TK and team were very knowledgeable and provided assistance when needed .maintained a good customer relationship .

On entering the store I was overwhelmed by the amount of and variety of bases and mattress, not having a clue as to what I was after. After being greeted I explained to Terry that I was having problems with my back and shoulders and realised it was time for an upgrade. We started off with bases, Terry showed me a variety of bases and on realising what it was I like he showed me all varieties of said base, after deciding on the base I explained that I liked a firm mattress but wanted a topped one too, after deciding what I didn't like, Terry showed me a variety of mattress which I was able to try out along with a fab pillow. On finally deciding what it was I liked and wanted Terry gave me a price which was more than happy with. Terrys colleague made me a coffee as we sat and done all the paper work, which we all know is normally quite long winded, but surprisingly it wasn't. I found both Terry an TK very friendly members of staff which made my visit so much more pleasurable, I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend this store to my family and friends.

Staff were friendly and helpful and we got exactly what we were looking for. A very smooth and stress free shopping experience!

I was assisted by Kevin, at the Redditch Store, to choose an ottoman bed. He had a great range of knowledge of the beds but in particular mattresses. Although I thought I already new my preferred firmness rating he recommended that I lay on a range to make sure I picked the right one for me. All other members of staff, Terry & TK, were very welcoming and friendly. Terry made me a coffee while I sat and ran through my paperwork & payment. Very comfortable and efficient service.

On arriving at the store we were met by Terry who was friendly, professional, courteous but not over pushy. He listened to our requirements, showed us a range of options and answered questions with enthusiasm and knowledge. He did talk about other products and promote them as it is his job, but it was done in a discreet way and he respected our answers. and requirements. It was explained to us the new product benefits and why they had been developed and what the benefits were which resulted in us buying a top of the range base. We were only passing with a view to buying later in the year, well done Terry you convinced us.

From the moment we stepped into the store we received nothing but fantastic service, we were offered a drink and couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Very smooth and can't wait to receive my new bed & mattress 😃 Thank you Roger
