Steve Froggatt and his colleague were really friendly and helpful. They were not pushy and listened to what we wanted and then advised accordingly. Really pleasant chaps with a great sense of humour.

I was served by Geoff. He had great knowledge on products, showed me various beds and mattresses within budget, was great at listening to what i wanted. He also made myself and daughter a drink whilst i made my decision.

Greeted and given assistance straight away with helping me chose the best mattress for me.

I need only say one word: Steve. He made our experience and if Tempur did not sell itself, Steve most definitely sold us an experience! My partner and I I walked into Dreams in Redditch on Bank Holiday Monday and were instantly greeted with a pleasant masked smile. It was… Steve! He welcomed us, offered us a drink, actively listened to us and really understood our needs. He was flawless. Excellent customer service and such a great man. We ended up buying the bed of our “dreams” and it was made all the better with the fabulous and most gracious Steve. He let us “be found” by each mattress. In Steve’s words: “the mattress finds you” he was wonderfully poetic. I thoroughly loved the experience and was able to try our Tempur pillows when my partner and I got home. We knew, we made the best decision ever. We would love to thank Steve from the bottom of our hearts. He truly gave us something special to remember.

Steve was brilliant, helped us all the way through our experience in store- showed us which beds were best suited for us, never pressured us and let us take our time to choose our perfect bed. Completed the sale of the bed and mattress and answered any questions we had, made us feel very welcome in store. An amazing member of staff!

Very knowledgeable lady called Sandra helped us select a mattress. We were offered refreshments and were placed on a bed that told us the type of product we required which was really good. Sandra showed us all the mattresses that met our needs and allowed us time to make a decision with no pressure. Once we made our mind up she placed the order and we purchased new pillows and the bed policy and mattress protector. We are taking delivery on Thursday and are very pleased with the purchases that we made. It was so nice to enter a shop with a warm welcome.

The gentleman (Steve) who served us throughout our visit was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He guided through the sleep machine. He put us at ease. He guided us through our mattress options well. He wasn't overbearing or pushy which you sometimes get with salesmen. He offered us a complementary water. It was important to us that we could delay our delivery date if needed due to an upcoming house move and he explained the ease of this. We were very happy with our experience.

Steve, who assisted me, was great and knowledgeable about everything I wanted. The speediness of my order and expected delivery was quicker than I had anticipated as well.
