The visit made for easy shopping and not pressured into purchasing something we didn't want.

Kevin and the team were really helpful, but not pushy... they left us to try the beds but kept popping back to check we were OK

The store was well set out everything was displayed well and the assistant was helpful without being pushy

I was given guided options according to my needs. Not confused by too many details. Given time to make my decision. Answered all my questions well. A friendly and efficient experience. An option to change the mattress if not satisfactory. Bed available within two days to accommodate my ailing husband who needed a bed downstairs,thankyou!

The assistant, Kevin, & all other assistants were courteous, offered us a drink, & were very polite at all times. the store was laid out perfectly & was very clean. A pleasure to walk round & choose at our leisure

Kevin the salesman helped me at every stage of my purchase and advised me on the right bed for me

Terry and the team made the visit a friendly and welcoming one. We were given lots of attention and the process was made as smooth as possible. I felt that Terry was good at giving us a chance to try out different types of bed and he asked pertinent questions to make sure that we chose the right product. He was kind and friendly and there were nice touches such as appropriate humour and making us a hot drink.

Plenty of parking right outside the store. On entering the store we were shown a warm welcome by both members of staff and given all the assistance and advice we needed to determine what we were after. The staff were very knowlegable and helpful without being pushy

during our visit Terry spoke to us about all the mattresses that we were looking at and answered all our questions, allowed us to try them out, to find out what felt right. very helpful
