Kevin and Roger went out of their way to be helpful and friendly without being over the top. They said hello when we entered and a cup of tea was made whilst we made our choice. A very pleasant experience

I found Roger to be very knowledgeable and understood my needs very well indeed. The order process was straight forward and being offered a drink whilst it was being done was a pleasant gesture.

The store assistant at your Redditch branch (Tk) could not have been more helpful in helping me choose the right product. He was friendly, resourceful and showed a genuine interest in my needs. I asked him to get on the other side of the double bed to mimic sleeping partners and he obliged without question. This sealed the deal in choosing the right mattress despite having my own ideas before I got to the showroom. The ordering process was quick and easy to understand and my new mattress was delivered on day that suited us both. Delivery men were very polite and professional, using slip on show covers to protect my carpets. They took the old mattress away and put the new one in its place.
