The assistant was extreemly helpful in identifying the ideal mattress for me without being pushy or overbearing.

Helpful advice from salesmen, not too pushy.

Found what I needed. Friendly and knowledgeable assistant, we had a laugh. He offered me a cup of tea, a pillow to try some of the beds, was friendly and greeted me shortly after I went into the store.

In the reception of the the sales personas in the the way they offered advice without being intrusive

I couldn't fault the level of service. Terry & Kevin made my wife and I feel very welcome. They were not " pushy " in any way, just very helpful to make us make the right decision. I would certainly recommend my friends and family to visit there.

The reason we were in the store was for my 88 year mother in law who needed a new mattress and Terry the gentleman who assisted us was really very good. He advised and helped her in choosing a mattress. He was extremely helpful and dealt with her with respect and good humour. He went through the ordering process explaining each step slowly and carefully. He made what could have been a difficult decision very easy.
