Clean store/friendly knowledgeable staff/we were made aware of different types of mattresses and explained in just enough detail what mattresses were available within our price range. The member of staff asked us just enough questions to enable the right mattress was purchased.

Great customer service, we were listened to and our questions were clearly answered.

I have no complaints at all. I had no expectations of a quick response to my problem but that is what happened. It was sorted so quickly to my satisfaction in a friendly fashion and a left the store very happy. The delivery has now taken place the two young men were quick they took all the package and mess with them and made sure I was completely happy before they left. I could not ask for more.

Takunda was extremely helpful highly knowledgeable on all the products discussed. Totally professional discussing our needs. Attentive without being oppressive and did not hurry us even though it was way passed the time he should have finished. And a very nice chap!

All the sales guys were very friendly to me and my young daughters. Roger was very helpful and we were dealt with very quickly.

Very helpful member of staff and wasn't pushy at all. Explained the benefits of different mattresses, made us aware of the Therapur cool pillow which we purchased also. Left us to browse the mattresses once we had the info needed

We were not jumped on as soon as we walked in. Kevin said a friendly hello and let us have a look around. He then gave us brilliant advise and help.

The assistant was very helpful not pushy or overbearing giving us all the information we needed. We were offered a tea or coffee and were given a fabulous pillow to carry round and use whilst trying the beds. We were greeted with a polite hello on arrival by Kevin and the other two members of staff Terry and Tk were very friendly we were more than satisfied with the service given.

The assistant who served me was attentive and provided me with all the information I needed, but also the space to try out different products eothout feeling crowded. Once I had made my decision, he completed the transaction quickly, explaining clearly all my different options from delivery to insurance.
