knowledge & experience of sales person guiding me to the right product rather than try to push for a sale, then being able to arrange the correct deal for the new mattress, with quick and easy delivery.

Sales assistant Terry was particularly helpful and knowledgable without being pushy. Nothing was too much trouble, including swapping a mattress onto another base so we could see what it would look like. Roger and TK were also friendly, offering drinks several times and chatting while we placed our order. A lovely team.
