Dreams - Redditch

The knowledge and experience of The salesman, not pushy but took time to go through many questions we asked. Patient and very happy to talk us through the choice of mattresses available, giving good advise for us to be able to make our decision. Didn't feel pressured and actually spent twice the amount we were intending to spend for our new mattress.

Kevin the salesman was very attentative to our needs. He showed us all the different products that ticked the boxes we required. We were offered coffees when we first arrived in store and placed pillows under our heads when we lay down on the mattresses. We were more than satisfied with the service he provided and 110% would recommend Dreams to our friends and family.

The member of staff that served me was happy and welcoming he even opened the door for me, when I asked to try the bed I was offered a pillow, and asked if I'd like a coffe while I was in the store. Terry and his team were very chatty and made me feel very comfortable, they were pushy or even in for the hard sell ,just knowledgeable and friendly

The person that dealt with us wasn't pushy and his advice was very good and helped us with what we were after.

We were greeted as soon as we entered the store by Roger & offered a drink. He asked what we were looking for (replacement for a Sleepeeze bed) and he showed us equivalent beds to try+ provided pillows. Once we had decided the purchasing process was quick & easy.

The service was quick and welcoming, the assistant was courtiouse and knowledgeable, understood the budget l had stuck to it, plus l was not badgered into buying something extra, l was presented with everthing but allowed to make my mind up, which when shopping was a pleasant exception, would return and would recomend to others.

staff were very polite and knew their products they also did not pressurise us in any way to make a sale but gave us all the information we needed to place our order which was done with efficiency. would certainly use this store in Redditch again
