Dreams - Redditch

Kevin and TK at the Redditch store were really helpful and showed us a variety of beds to make our choice. They had great product knowledge and made us feel at home (literally) providing pillows. A great experience.

Terry at Reddtich was an absolute 'Dream' to work with- on the phone and in person. Friendly, helpful, offered us tea and was very knowledgeable on all product ranges.

The staff were very friendly and spent time talking about the different products and what best suited our needs. Gave us time to discuss what we wanted to do in private. The staff were not pushy and were happy to explain things several times.

The assistant terry from the Redditch store was very polite and good with the family. Very pleasant Manor. Really sold us the bed we liked.

We were greeted in a friendly and professional manner by Kevin & Terry at the Redditch store. We were very happy with their service and felt comfortable and informed during our whole Dreams experience. Good guys!

Greeted nicely as entering store by Terry & Kevin, although importantly gave me time to browse myself for a while. Colleague then came and explained various options after listening to my needs. I was allowed to try different mattresses in store and colleague went through benefits of each. Offered a drink at sales desk as colleague offered extras like matching headboard, bed linen, duvet & cover, pillows, extra mattress insurance, delivery options etc. He also used his knowledge and experience to allow me to pick suitable products and explaining them well, but at the same time did not make me feel like I was being pushed into buying anything I was not happy with. Overall it was a very good buying experience.

Great service

I was very happy and pleased with Terry Barber who was the staff member at my local shop.I couldn't find fault with anything when I went into the store.What is to note, he was very good and looked after me especially as I have MS and Chrons. I would recommend this store to whom I know. You have a very good member of staff. Hes a credit to your firm what is found in Redditch Worcs

I have had many beds in my life time I am 70 years old .and a few of them beds were from Dreams .and this is the reason for me going back to Dreams for my new bed .the service we received very good .the people who are reading this if you are of my age you will remember when the customer was a very important well that's how I was treated on my last visit to Dreams .it was so nice to be offered a drink .a seat and Kevin and Roger the members of staff were so so good and I felt didn't just wont to get you to the till and get you out of the shop well done boys.
