We were warmly welcomed and politely offered assistance. We needed help so accepted and Terry spent the time we needed showing us different items and encouraging us to try them out for as long as we needed, you could tell he enjoys his job as he was happy and very knowledgeable advising us, we felt he really wanted to help us find the right mattress and was not at all pushy or trying to sell us particular items but really listened to what we wanted and needed. He answered all our questions patiently and enthusiastically. He gave us each a different kind of pillow to try out with the mattresses which helped us focus on the mattress. We were also offered tea and coffee from Terry and his team.

Terry and Tk were friendly and welcoming to us as we entered the store , they offered us some advice on the beds we were looking for and offered advice on mattress options, once we had made our choice they offered us a drink while we sat deciding how to do credit options for our bed , they offered us lots of advice with the bed and tips and offered us pillows and showed us the ranges of pillows and made sure we were 100% happy with our choice .

Staff were helpfull and knowledgeable where the matress was concerned and although the bed wasnt on display Roger was familiar with it and showed us the pictures.

Very helpful sales rep. Gave us plenty of time to test beds, and good advice. Welcome cup of tea given. All Sales team was very friendly and helpful.

We needed a new bed but were uncertain of the type. Kevin and Terry were very helpful I detailing our options.

Roger the store assistance was very knowledgeable and listened to what my specific needs were for buying a mattress, then advised me accordingly.

Kevin who helped us at redditch dreams couldn't do enough to help us. We had our 5year old with us who was getting bored and when we were discussing the product we were considering Kevin kept or son busy.
