Great friendly staff, thorough product knowledge & not pushy sales

Excellent customer service - refreshments provided and good product knowledge/advice. Unavoidable delay in processing order due to system glitch - kept updated throughout and refreshments given.

We were highly satisfied as your colleagues made us feel very welcome. They were both very friendly, even to offering us a drink which we only declined because we had only just had two before we went with a meal we had, had. They were very knowledgeable and seemed to know just what they were doing. We couldn't have been more pleased with the service we had, And we will go there again as and when we need too. This is the second time we have come back to this shop also. Thank you to Sandra for all your help 😉

I would like to Thank Linda for her help and with NO pressure to buy. She directed me to the best mattresses for my needs and left me to make up my mind on which one to purchase and helped me with paperwork. lovely sales assistant . The salesman,Steve, was very helpful and sympathetic with my elderly mother who was the customer, she was a little upset and he helped to calm her and help her through the mattress selection
