Dreams - Redditch

I needed a small double bed and said I was on a budget so without wasting my time took me to what was available straight away , it was refreshing to get that. I was offered a drink which was a nice touch. This was the fourth bed I have bought from you guys the others were from Kings Heath which has now shut, so this was the Redditch store as I live nearby now anyway.

Easy to find what we wanted, simple ordering process. Staff very helpful

We didnt arrive at the store until gone 5pm, store was closing at 6pm. Sandra was incredibly friendly and Helpful. Offered us a drink, chatted with us about our requirements and budget. She had Good product knowledge and an easy to like personality. The other members of staff where equally friendly, although I didnt catch their Names. Overall very impressed

When I walked into Dreams they were all so friendly. Sandra, who served me was marvellous. Her knowledge was impeccable. She is a real asset to the company. I know I can find it difficult to choose things on my own but she was extremely helpful. Nothing was too much. I really enjoyed my shopping experience in Dreams.
