We knew what we wanted. Having cruised with P & O this autumn we were looking for a Seeley. The salesperson followed this through and did not try to confuse us with any other products, showing us only the product we came in to look at. We talked through having a bigger sized bed and the drawer options we wanted. The salesperson was very informative and picked up on what we were looking for, offering suggestions but not forcing our direction. Overall a pleasant experiance

We were shopping for a bed for our daughter and the staff were very helpful and gave our daughter advice and different options that we had not considered. Avery enjoyable shopping trip and very friendly staff

The staff at the branch were highly attentative and friendly and particularly welcoming to us as we entered the store and spent a considerable period of time with us both explaining the qualities of each type of mattress we were looking for. They were patient with us and were provided with coffee during our lengthy visit providing detailed information regarding the products enabling us to finally select the product we were happy with. Kevin and TLA were very helpful during our visit to the store. They had great product knowledge and spent a lot of time showing us the mattresses around the store. I didn't feel rushed during the visit at all and we're really patient, as theyou understood buying the right mattress is really important.

Breath of fresh air, lovely staff couldn't do enough for us showed us all the ranges and extremely helpful, gave us coffee and not pushy at all. I wish every shopping experience was this nice must admit it is the people in stores which give you a good reputation . Will definitely shop there again and will recommend them to all our Freinds a credit to you!

Very welcoming and not too pressurised, listened to what we needed and went out of his way to help us find what wanted then left us to make up our own minds.

We were greeted very well and not over the top, the salesman listened to what we liked and disliked and went out of his way to help us find exactly what we wanted, he was very pleasant. It was a good experience.

We were greeted in a friendly manner by Terry and his team. He helped us choose the bed most suited to our needs and picked appropriate pillows to match our requirements. We were offered drinks on arrival and overall we felt the service was highly commendable.
