We could not be more pleased with the staff at the Redditch store. TK and the team were amazing. Great product knowledge, attention to detail and we even got a cup of tea! I have already recommended my friends to visit the Redditch store.

The sales representative, Kevin was brilliant, no nonsense, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. cant recommend him highly enough. The delivery drivers were just as efficient and friendly, job done in about 20 minutes, brilliant, also they gave us a pre delivery call with a estimated time for the delivery, great All in all a great service top to tail

Very happy with our visit to your store in Redditch. I approached one of your staff telling him what I was looking for. Steve was his name and he explained about the different mattresses you had. My husband and I agreed on a mattress so Steve took us over to the desk to place our order. The whole process was dealt with very quickly and efficiently. Thankyou for all your help.

The showroom assistant Takunda was friendly, helpful and had good product knowledge. He identified my needs and accommodated my circumstances. He made the purchase pleasurable and free from complication.

The staff were excellent. Very knowledgable and did not rush my son in making his mattress choice. I was pleased because we were not spending a huge amount in the shop but nothing was too much trouble for them. Very friendly.
