Sales men were quite laid back easy going pleasant characters, they were not pushy but had input or answers where necessary. Well done gentlemen.

Friendly staff and quick service

The saleman was very helpful and knowledgeable about the beds. His advise helped me make the correct choice of bed as I have back problems. He encouraged me to try the beds and did not rush me into making a decision.

Very welcoming and staff were not pushy or forceful. Kevin made sure we had the right advice and lots of options, leaving us to discuss what we thought in private, which we much preferred.

Greeted in store by Dreams Colleague, asked us what we were looking for, and demonstrated the products available. Spent time getting to know and understand us, and our requirements, then once agreed the best option, proceeded to place the order and agreed a mutually agreeable delivery date Dreams colleague even gave us cleaning tips for the bedframe

We entered the store and was soon greeted by Roger a friendly assistant who advised us on the range of mattresses available in our price range and firmness we required. We were offered a cup of coffee to drink whilst choosing our mattress. Other staff in the store were friendly and acknowledged us as we walked round with Roger. The best part was that we were given good advice without being pressurised to buy.

We have visited a number of stores looking for a new mattress. After a while all mattresses start to look the same and what we needed was someone who knew what they were doing to help us. Most stores only seemed interested in selling us what they had in the showroom and rubbishing the rest. Terry at Dreams in Redditch had the knowledge and the sales skills to understand and address our needs and to explain the options to us in a way that made sense to us, and hence he got our business.
