The sales person was very easy to deal with.

Very courteous and professional sales man, even though i told him i wouldnt be soending much as it was only a matress for a guest bed.

The whole experience was very good we were not rushed or pushed into buying something we did not want. The salesman was very kind and understanding as my husband has dementia and does not really enjoy spending too long in shops. This is the second time we have shopped at Dreams and it would be our choice again in the future.

Extremely friendly service, helpful & understanding. It was a refreshing change to be given time to look around and to not experience 'pressure sales' immediately after entering.

Ordered the bed only to get home and realise the depth was too long for our bedroom. Takunda (Redditch branch)was extremely helpful and amended the order to a new bed.

Me and my husband took our 3 kids on a sunday to dreams in redditch we were thrilled with the general service from the whole Team. I only remember the names Terry and Roger. However the whole team on different occassions (as we did 2 visits in one day) went the extra mile to help keep the kids entertained by giving them some coloring and baloons I have never had any large furniture store do this before so it was extreemly helpful and a breath of fresh air! Well done and Thank you

Was approached within 30 seconds by a sales assistant called Kevin, he explained the differences in mattress types and had me testing our different beds which i needed (didn't experience this at a competitors of yours). Even though i was not necessarily displaying that i was going to buy he offered up various options of beds with differing price points and benefits of each leading to explaining to me the USP of your hand made beds and the quality of them - i felt i had all of the information needed to make the order there and then worth nearly £3000. To top it off i even got a cup of tea and a balloon for my 3 year old, a job well done by kevin i have to say.

Sales men were quite laid back easy going pleasant characters, they were not pushy but had input or answers where necessary. Well done gentlemen.
