A lovely friendly welcome from everyone in the store. Terry was very helpful, gave useful and interesting advice and was very patient. Informal feeling, lots of friendly chat and banter.

The Store (Redditch) was due to close in 15mins yet we was still welcomed in and spent a good 1/2hr to 3/4hr with assistance whilst trying the various beds before coming to decision. Although have bought a Child cabin bed many years ago from Dreams. We/I have never actually tried beds by lying down on them. We mainly purchased dictated by price to get whatever and quick as possible. Honestly never again If I did it this way this time I would have surely bought the wrong mattress. Always believed a Firm bed was the way to go but that was soon proved wrong. Coincidentally at the time of choosing I had a slight aggravation with my back which was even more highlighted on a Firm mattress in the shop. Even the difference in bed construction i.e pocket sprung v traditional was explained and convinced may be I just spend a little more for quiet and comfort, After all 6-8 hours in bed is long time in out of the 24 hours a day so best make it as comfortable as possible.

Kevin was very helpful but not pushy and was patient whilst we made decisions giving us the right amount of privacy and guidance.
