Dreams - Redditch

Lovely showroom in redditch and Roger and his college where very friendly made me feel welcome, im only 24 and sometimes shopping for items like these on your own i sometimes feel like im not taken seriously but roger and i feel bad for not remembering his name where both very welcoming and they both did a great job!

The two sales guys (Terry and Roger) were very helpful, and listened to our description of what we wanted. They managed to find a mattress that was close to our guide price, which was of highest spec. possible for the cost.

Roger who helped me was very professional & not at all pushy, which is what I like when looking at lots of choices.

From the moment we walked into the store we were welcomed by the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we were offered tea or coffee. At the time we were just looking around for the right mattress. It was Terry who first showed and explained to us which mattress would suit our needs. We didn't purchase on the day but felt the service we received was good and friendly that we wanted to give them the business. So went back next day and was served by Kevin who was just as friendly and efficient. We even went back to buy the bedlinen from them after mattress was delivered

Served by a guy called Terry. Very knowledgeable; nothing too much trouble. He made a job I wasn't looking forward too surprisingly easy and relaxed. Will definitely seek him out next time I'm in the store.

Felt we were given a high standard of customer service as the gentleman who served us was very informative as well as friendly, and allowed us to have ample time to choose what was right for us without any pressure. Store was welcoming and clean, and would definitely come again! Delivery of the bed was also very efficient and our toddler is now sleeping like a baby on hid new bed...long may it last!
