Shop assistants were very helpful and friendly, and worked hard to give us as much information as we wanted. They clearly wanted to give us the best impression of the store possible, showing us a wide range of products. Went in to buy new mattress due to my husband having hip surgery, needed new mattress to help reduce pain at night, the assistant stated that I would need a quality firm mattress my husband tried the one the assistant recommended and was instantly impressed with the product it was the most expensive and the assistant had me try other less expensive mattress's. but none were as comfortable so we bought the mattress in the knowledge we had the best one for my husband very happy
