We found the gentleman who dealt with us very knowledgeable and quick to sort out a mattress as an alternative to the one we had seen online. All items were in stock and you were able to deliver within a week . Which was exactly what we required.

Steve was a friendly professional man who couldn’t do enough to ensure I got the correct bed and nothing was too much trouble.He made bed buying such a comfortable homely experience and we had such a good laugh all the way through my visit which is so important as it puts you at ease to help make the right decision.I can’t praise him enough and hope you very much appreciate the excellent sales member you have in him.An endless supply of delicious coffee just added to the time I spent making my decisions from one very happy satisfied customer who will be highly recommending you to all my family friends and acquaintances.

Sandra the lady that served us at redditch store was brilliant. Not pushy but very helpful and she did us such a great deal. It was the best customer service we have received in a long time. Its our 2nd bed from this store and we would always come back here. We were having a chat with the other 2 members of staff that were working that day to such a brilliant team.
