Friendly knowledgeable staff .

A very attentive member of staff called TK came to our assistance as soon as we entered the shop. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the product we sought. It was good to know we didn't need to wait more than a couple of weeks for delivery. Looking forward to sleeping on our new sofa bed with a memory foam mattress!

Member of staff was there to help and advise us straight away shop was clean and staff were welcoming.

We was greeted with a welcoming hello and smile. We was offered our own pillows to help with our bed trying. Terry asked what we had in mind an took time to show us options. We didn't feel pressure to buy an felt they took time to understand our needs. My husband an I can never agree to anything so I was happy that he found a meet in the middle of both of our needs. High five Terry!

Offered a hot drink and also left alone to try out mattresses. However knowledgable and helpful sales adviser Steve Davis who discussed the tempur pillows which eventually purchased.

Excellent service provided, wasnt hassled but a sales man.
