Store was well laid out. Salesman was polite and helpful without being pushy. His knowledge of the product we were looking for was excellent and he explained the difference between the variations in the product knowledgeably.

We were passing through Redditch and after recently losing my dad - we just popped into Dreams - as soon as we entered the store TK was extremely empathetic and gave great advice - he had such a warm and friendly personality he actually made my my mom laugh - something I hadn't heard for a while. His expertise and recommendations were second to none. He truly is a credit to your company and if in the future any of my family need a bed I would definitely recommend Redditch Dreams. And can I just say that the delivery men were excellent as well nothing has been too much trouble from first setting foot into the store to the delivery of the bed. I cannot recommend the team enough. Many thanks for all your help

The store was clean and tidy and weil organised it was easy to select the item we wanted and the staff was ready to help when we were ready over all we were very satisfied

Sales assistant wasn't pushy trying to make me buy

I was very satisfied with the assistants Steve made us a drink while Roger was talking to us they was very friendly and polite. The only dissappointment was it takes so long for the order to arrive and i think the way forward to have faster delivery is have some in storesso if they pay cash they cantake them with them.
