Dreams - Redditch

There was parking at the shop. I didn't get pestered immediately I entered the store. I was given some time to browse and then asked if I needed help. I never felt pressured. Was told to lie on the beds and try several out. I liked the no pressure environment.

The staff were friendly & very knowledgable.

Good staff knowledge, ease of ordering, very friendly service from 2 members of staff, reduced price so good value.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and knew their products very well. In no time they had helped me in my choice of frame and mattress much to my satisfaction and the proffered coffee was lovely too.

I have used you for the last 15 years. Very pleased. My daughter tried to buy online. I talked her out of that because you need to see, try, test and feel what you are buying I took her to a unit on an industrial estate. Then to Dreams. The layout, service, range and quality was there to see when you walk through the door....... hence the purchase and a good lesson for my daughter about doing things the right way

The team were very pleasant, funny and made me a coffee. Made my dog welcome too, one of the team even took her for a walk!!! Second purchase from there, and will definitely be back.

I didn't really know what was the best type of bed to go for but Kevin helped me understand &explained. Never made me feel like I was taking to long to choose. Nether was I made to feel as though I was possibly wasting time. I was taken seriously from the moment I was greeted, this for me is a HUGE tick in the box.

we had visited this store approx. 2 months ago and were delighted with the service so returned when wanting to purchase a mattress.We were greeted on arrival to the store and received help from a very knowledgeable assistant.We were offered refreshment and the use of a toilet,we were given time and not rushed or pressured into a sale.

Terry, Kevin and Roger were a very helpful team when l purchased the bed. they are so friendly and they work as team, we were given drinks while we were waiting for our order to be placed. We did don't even get bored because they were all cracking jokes. This was my second time to buy beds from dreams and l have already referred my sister who bought hers recently in February.
