With the great help of salesman Kevin we soon were able to choose our new mattress,he was very friendly and also provided us with a nice cup of coffee,we were very impressed with the service he gave us.

The member of staff who looked after our needs was extremely pleasant to deal with being both friendly and knowledgeable enabling us to find what we were looking for without feeling hassled into making a purchase at any point .

The assistant that greeted me shown me a wide variety of different mattresses as i wasn't sure what i wanted and i was very satisfied with the mattress and frame that I've chosen. Would definitely recommend :)

Kevin who served us listened to what we wanted/ needed and used his product knowledge to identify a range of mattresses that would uit are needs. He was polite, friendly and had great product knowledge.

I made 3 visits in total before we purchased this bed. Kevin and the team couldn't have mean more helpful they moved mattresses onto different bases so we could test them out. They made us tea and coffee made sure we had the correct pillows to try with the beds. Very pleased overall.

The staff were very helpfull, and explained the difference between different products in my price range, and any altertnatives.

The store assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He wasn't pushy but recommended products that were just what we wanted. We were able to try out the beds we had seen online and purchased one for home delivery. Delivery booked for within one week of ordering - fab! Price of extended warrenty and to have old mattress recycled was very reasonable.
