I explained my needs and turnaround time I needed to place the order. The staff listened and complied with my request. I had already been in the week before and chose the bed so knew which bed and mattress I wanted. During that visit the associate was very helpful in listening to my requirements and immediately was able to ascertain and locate a model I was looking for in the price range I wanted. We have previously bought a bed from you and had the same service which is why I returned. I also checked out another local bed store who supplied the same beds but at less competitive rates and the service of the staff was not as helpful as those at Dreams. All together a helpful and relaxed, very un-pressured buying experience. Thank you.

TK at your Redditch store was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about your products we did not intend to buy on the day but were son impressed we did. He helped us look at lots of options spending time to understand our needs and to work with us on budget etc. My 2 year old was being particularly hard work on the day and he produced ballons coluring and basically made us feel at ease rather than some shops where we would have just left. Instead it made us fell happy to stay and therefore buy he is an asset and we were extremely impressed with TKnthe store and his collogues.
