Dreams - Redditch

Roger and Terry at the Redditch store were extremely helpful and pleasant they even made us a cup of coffee

Very friendly staff who put up with me constantly changing my mind about what I wanted. Made suggestions and tried to accommodate all my requirements. Didn't feel under pressure to purchase or under any time limit. Good sense of humour and very patient!

Found what we were looking for quite quickly, staff was helpful

Easy to find store and availability of disabled spaces right outside store. Friendly manner when greeted immediately. After discussing medical needs for new bed and mattress, Roger (Dreams colleague) knew exactly what we were looking for, and understood our requirements i.e. neck; back problems. He was definitely an expert in his field. After choosing a mattress and bed, we came across furniture which would also suit our space saving needs, and with its German engineering was exactly what we wanted. Excellent design. We were joined by another colleague (Terry), who again knew his trade, and was just as helpful. We went back the next day after measurements. We asked Roger if he would be in to help us the following day with Terry, and thankfully they were, so we arranged a time to meet the following day. With more staff at Dreams that day, we found them all friendly and chatty. We were offered drinks on both days, and use of a toilet, which at our age we gladly received. We had a laugh and a joke, which is a bonus, and this made us feel more comfortable.

The Salesman was very professional in his attitude and made us feel welcome there was no rushing with a sale he took his time to explain about the products and answered all our questions and that is the reason I bought the bed

it was a good experience terry and tlam were very helpfull what I liked let us have a few mins to look around first, then came and asked if we needed help. we tried beds with pillows which they moved every time, we had a coffee when ordering mattress

Disabled parking near to the store. Store very clean. Roger, we found, was very knowledgeable and understood our needs. His friendly expertise helped us decide on our final choice, which we were very satisfied with. We couldn't ask for a better atmosphere. We would recommend this store to anybody.

Terry was extremely welcoming & knowledgeable, I was in the middle of a house move and rather stressed but he gave me a drink, offered me a seat and suggested the best options for me.

The assistance given to me by Steve was exceptional, he was very kind and listened to my needs. He was able to guide me to the type of matres i needed, and i tried several for comparisan. Steve offered me a drink and helped me select other items for my new bed, so al in all a very good experience top marks i will come to this store again. Many Thanks Mrs Joanne Bass

The guy who served me was happy, approachable, with good product knowledge, it felt like he was doing his best to find something exactly to my needs, he even went over and above to look out the back for headboards (ex display) he was never pushy or false
