Service extremely helpful yet unobtrusive. Advice very thorough & obviously delivered by someone very knowledgeable & experienced in his field (Terry). Nothing seemed to be too much trouble & we felt at ease throughout the purchasing experience.

My wife and I had only been in the store for a couple of minutes when Terry came over and asked if he could help. As we were looking to view a mattress and hadn't a clue we said yes. Terry gave us a very welcome drink and explained various options while carrying out test pillows around the shop. With Terry's help we settled on very comfortable mattress to purchase. Lynn, my wife had fancied a feather duvet for the winter, so we purchased with Terry's guidance a 10.5 tog one. Our bed base and headboard is still in good order. It was purchased about 4 years ago from the Redditch Dreams Store. Looking at the receipt I see that it was Terry that served us on that occasion too. We now look forward to delivery on Tuesday, which adds to the experience as it is FREE. That's what we like. OH!! Lynn wants the winter to roll round so she can put the duck feather duvet on.

A welcoming,friendly environment. Both assistants very helpful. Steve had excellent product knowledge but no 'pushy' sales technique. We felt comfortable taking our time over making a decision & he did well in matching our needs to the products. It was an entirely pleasurable experience...& the coffee was much appreciated too.

We were greeted by Terry asking if we needed any assistance and help.We were then asked by his colleague if we would like a coffee etc. Nice touch by the way. Terry was very helpful indeed, I was purchasing a bed for my 89 year old mum. She wanted a lower bed as she has recently fallen. He was very helpful and listened to our requirements.

We were greeted immediately upon arrival and didnt feel pushed or annoyed. The assistant was very friendly witty and helped throughout the experience of the purchase. There were toilet facilities which were very clean and comfortable, we were offered refreshments even though they didnt know we were going to purchase. The store was well set out and extremely clean the beds all looked inviting and we were offered a change of pillows for Tempur ones which we purchased even though we had no intention of buying pillows in the beginning of the visit. The purchase we made was good value as mattresses go and the contract and payment service was excellent. We were offered a good delivery day no delivery charge and for us most important we have the old mattress taken away. Super all round service. We had purchased prior to this with Dreams and cant tell you how much we love our bed even though it is now about 10 years old. Very pleased Many thanks

Extremely helpful assistant, not pushy but very knowledgable. We also visited Bensons where there was only one member of staff who was with another customer. After waiting 20 minutes we left returning to Dreams and our extremely likeable Takunda
