We were dealt with by Steve. He was very professional and had in-depth knowledge of all the products. There was no hard sell but he was always at hand to answer any questions. It made the whole experience pleasurable and we would have no reservations in recommending Dreams in Redditch to anyone.

Steve was really helpful and friendly and made us both feel welcome. He was really informative and we have a giggle with him. He was very patient with me when I tried out nearly every mattress in the showroom.

We were just satisfied the way we we dealt with, very proffesional, oh and the cups of tea were ok too.

Greg at redditch branch was amazing very satisfied was very expensive but very please with the cost of the 8 year insurance plan and friendly helpful staff , even didn't mind my adhd daughter running around as she was so excited about her new bed
