I came into the Redditch store 30 minutes before closing, with the need to order a bed! I was politely greeted and assisted immediately by Takunda. He was really helpful and and efficient and time was not a problem. When an issue arose with the finance he persevered with contacting the company until he managed to resolve the problem - staying over an hour after closing, all so I could get the bed delivered in time for my last minute move in date! Excellent service, thank you for your time Takunda.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Helped us quickly narrow down a short list of mattresses from the wide choice in store but then gave us space to make our decision.

Was made to feel welcome and greeted as we walk in and was welcomed with a friendly "hello, can I help you?", offered tea/ coffee, helped with choosing a mattress and describing/explaining the differences. Also aided my choice of mattress with a pillow which was more suited to me.

Approached by sales assistant immediately on entering store to ask my requirements. Shown several options answering my needs and given plenty of time to view and try out the products on offer. I left the store to go away and consider, returning later with my son. The store manager who had served me earlier was on his lunch break but willing to come back into the store to assist us again. We were able to make a purchase without problems having all options fully explained. My only disappointment was being unable to have a delivery before going on holiday which meant a long wait. Overall it was a very satisfactory experience. This was my second purchase in 20 months and I would be happy to return to the store in future if the need arose.
