Dreams - Redditch

The sales person who delt with my order was a very polite and great sales guy...was extremely accommodatiin with my order..full of the correct information...very abliigin ....also an extremely nice young man...his appearance and approach was second to none...my goods will arrive in 7 to 8 weeks and look very much forward to seeing the end result when featured in my bedroom....oh..and please let your sale guy in Dreams of Redditch know what a really helpful and nice person he is....not pushy...just right for the job.....thank you

Worcester has lost their store do we had to go to Redditch. The staff understood the travel and offered us a drink. For which we were grateful. This will be our third mattress from your company.

Very helpful staff, well laid out showroom. We were contacted and then left alone to browse, exactly as we wanted.

We got served my a lad called tk in the redditch store he was warm and welcoming I went to find a bed frame as mine had broke we had a laugh while he showed us the range of stuff the do sell then showed me a bed with an offer I couldn't refuse when I went back with my husband to sign paper work they had a balloon for my 2 year old who was running wild offered refreshments and was just generally a lovely bunch of people

Roger spent time listening to our requirements and explaining the different types of mattress available. He made suggestions based on our answers and allowed us time to consider our options and to try out the mattresses (he even offered us a hot drink, which was not at all expected!). He was not at all intrusive but was close to hand for questions. There was no sense of sales pressure, allowing us plenty of time to contemplate what was for us an expensive and important purchase. Other members of the team were also welcoming and friendly.

We were met and Served by TK at the Redditch branch. We informed him of the type of bed we required and he showed us what beds would suit, also spoke about headboards and other products dreams sells. He had a friendly manner and not at all the typical Car sales man approach you sometimes find. We had a bit of banter with him a nd would highly recommend Dreams in the future my Son and daughter in law will be purchasing a bed soon and now they would not dream of going anywhere else Many thanks again to TK.
