Very friendly and knowledgable staff, a warm greeting on arrival and offered a drink and seat, staff wanted to understand our need and was happy to answer our questions. We were also offered products which we forgot to consider such as pillows and larger duvet set

greeted on arrival left to browse for a short while then approached by steve who went through all possible options we finally agreed to purchase having been given different choices we then went through order and delivery dates we were really pleased with the service from both steve and terry a drink was offered on more than one occasion the store was due to close at 6pm but no pressure was put on us to hurry we left the store at 18-39 hrs happy with our shopping experience

I wanted a firm pocket sprung mattress in a king size. I found the one I wanted quickly, had a lay down on it, was provided with a pillow to trial out. I was happy with the speed and efficiency Of the service provided, I paid and got the delivery date I wanted and came away completely satisfied. Good job done by all.
