Excellent customer service on first and subsequent visit from colleagues TK and team

Staff were attentive, quickly assessed our needs and matched them to three products of differing prices so that we could match it to our budget. Staff were not pushy and we were given plenty of time to make our decision over a cup of tea.

I turned up at 5.30 with the store due to shut at 6pm. The two gentlemen in store did not rush us at all and made sure we had all the help and information we needed. They were friendly and helpful throughout even though this resulted in them working late. It is my second purchase from this store in the past year and I wouldn't hesitate recommending or coming back again.

We called into dreams to check what was available, i am disabled and suffer with long term back pain, our current bed was only purchased this year from a different source and wasnt giving me any support. Our salesperson was Terry who greeted us on arrival and after explaining my problems gave us advice and coffee ! he had an excellent knowledge on the products and we came away with a great matteress and pillows we had no idea we needed!! We look forward to taking delivery of our new matteress and getting some decent sleep.

Very helpful and polite, friendly service

The level of customer service that Geoff provided was perfect. I dread going into these kind of stores as you are generally followed around and pressured into a purchase. Geoff was attentive but not aggressive, he offered assistance when we required it and not persistently after the hard sell. He is a truly lovely man and a credit to your company. We felt completely at ease with him and his knowledge of the product was exceptional. We went in just to have a quick look and ended up drinking tea, enjoying some banter and purchasing a lovely bed....well done Geoff!!

We found our visit to Dreams Redditch very relaxed. Takunda and the other staff made us feel very welcome and were very friendly. Nothing was to much trouble and the help given to us choosing our mattress and pillows was invaluable.
