The gentleman who served me (TK) was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. I felt that his product knowledge was excellent and I did not feel pressured into making decisions or rushed at all. I arrived at the store purely to purchase a new bed and actually ended up purchasing additional items in part due to the overall shopping experience. His colleagues (team)as per his note on the Pillow Talk card I was provided were all very friendly and offered refreshments (coffee / water) while I was completing my purchase. TK also assisted me in carrying purchases to the car which was much appreciated as I don't walk very well due to a hip problem.

Terry was extremely friendly, professional, helpful & knowledgeable. We left the store feeling that we had made the right decision by shopping at Dreams, and confident that our new mattress/pillows were right for us.

The layout of the store was attractive and it was easy to wander around and browse. The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful he was also friendly and explained the delivery process clearly.

Excellent and friendly customer assistance

The assistants were friendly and helpful, walked with my wife and me through the relevant products giving a comprehensive commentary on the quality and cost and any follow up services which Dreams could provide if required.

Roger was very friendly and helpful he even made me laugh. He had good knowledge and helped me decide what mattress was best suited for myself.
