Friendly service, good knowledge, didn't make us feel pressured.

The person who assisted us (Geoff) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made helpful suggestions over a range of prices and put us at ease.

I was prepared to face problems purchasing household items of which is infrequent. TK and Team served me with a very professional and outstanding knowledge of products of whichIhad written down as I expected to be disappointed. The store in Redditch had a good selection of beds plus mattress prices. All the famous makes were there for me to see and my questions were answered by Takunda. I soon felt confident whilst 'strolling' round the spacious yet very interesting store. I was the only customer but I suspect this holiday period will keep you all busy as the special offers were both plentiful and generous. After a very hectic domestic time over quite some time instead of feeling flustered choosing items, I left 'DREAMS' store refreshed & so pleased I chose to visit. I will be recommending to friends & family. Both Takunda & his colleague were very friendly & nothing was too much trouble.Big thankyou TK and Team.

We were greeted right away by Dave who fetched us a cold drink. We then went to the Tempur mattresses for us to try & were offered a pillow, which impressed.We decided to buy two & sat down with Steve, who gave us a price we could afford. Both gents very polite & informative. Very happy with Dreams service, Thank you so much.

Not only was we greeted by a very friendly and informative member of staff but I didn't feel pressured to buy and was given opportunities to try out the different beds and mattresses and the prices were made very clear. Very happy with my purchase and my experience in the Redditch store. A very impressed customer from having dealings with Roger. He was an absolute pleasure to talk too.

Geoff was very helpful, offered a lot of advice and showed us various different items to match our budget. He also showed us different pillows for our needs. Terry was also friendly, and both answered any question that we had. If in the future we need to replace our own mattress I wouldn't hesitate to return back to Dreams in Redditch. The customer service was great and you don't find that very often any more. So a big thanks to Geoff and Terry.

The sales person approached us to ask if he could help, wasn't pushy at all. Talked through with us exactly what our requirements were, showed us numerous examples and encouraged us to take our time lying on various beds and supplying a good pillow to try the bed to it's best advantage. Was knowledgeable and keen to emphasize that making a bed purchase is a big decision and wanted us to find the best mattress that suited us.

Excellent help from the very friendly staff (TK). Not rushed or pushed into buying from the good choice of beds etc. No problems encountered and the whole process from selection, trying out the beds and subsequent purchase went very smoothly. Very satisfied.
