Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. They provided pillows for us to fully experience the comfort of the mattresses. We were given drinks and greeted when we entered the store.

It was a nice environment, you were greeted but not hassled plenty of staff when help required Steve was fantastic knew everything and was very helpful we even came away with bedding we didn't plan on buying nice one Steve 😂 as for Terry a.k.a. Mr Bean funny guy very pleasant constantly offering drinks as well Steve

Overall experience was fantastic got wot I wonted cannot wait to get my new mattress and have a good night sleep they was very pleasant in the shop and helpful as I have a very bad back and neck they showed me the right mattress to use thank you to all at dreams.

I had excellent information on the beds explained what I should be looking for to make me comfortable and went into detail in what I was looking for to enable me to make a good decision. I had no business at all it was lovely being able to use my own time looking for beds first if they had pressured me I would have walked out they got it right.

Steve the manager was really good he let us look round the shop first to get or bearings then offered to help he was transparent about the costings and his product knowledge was great.
