Geoff was very helpful and understood our needs even measured the beds we looked at to make sure they will fit in the bedrooms. He was also very cheerful, offered us a drink and gave us time to try the mattresses we were interested in, he also advised us to the best mattresses which met our personal needs.

Terry greeted us after entering the store and assisted us with choosing the right frame to match the furniture in our house, and the right mattress for our comfort. We were brought hot drinks as part of the excellent customer service. Terry even followed us round all the mattresses, replacing the show pillows with the better memory foam ones! Highly satisfied, will recommend.
