The lady who served me was knowledgable and very friendly.

We received excellent customer service during our visit. Our main server was Kathryn, she gave us lots of advice about mattresses and bed frames. She gave us help but also gave us time to look and test all of the mattresses and make a desision about what we wanted to purchase. She was really friendly and made lots of conversation with us. The other two members of staff were also really friendly. One made us a cup of tea and a squash for our daughter. One of the male members of staff also spent time talking to our daughter and keeping her entertained whilst we sorted the finance for our new bed. We were really happy the staff were so helpful and friendly and we never felt rushed at all during our visit. We also found it really nice that the staff only offered advice and we did not feel pressured to buy a certain product or rushed to make a purchase.

The Sales Assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable about the type of mattresses available.

The experience of the assistant 'Keith' left me very impressed. We had already ordered a base from another store and he asked for the details so as he could assure us that the mattress we had chosen would fit the base.This hadn't occurred to me that this may be a problem. He got us to try out various mattresses to make sure we had chosen the correct one. The purchase was very easy and swift. Also was very happy with the speed of the delivery date which was only 6 days after placing the order. Will be coming back for any future purchase.

I explained our situation, to the Salesman, re my husbands problems, so he knew then which mattresses to show us, which would be most suitable.

TK the sales person was very knowledgeable about the product, he took time to understand our needs but also was not pushy. He was very pleasant to deal with
