Both Roger and Terry were extremely helpful in explaining the different products I was inquiring about - had best experience in buying something in ages!

We were offered a drink when we came in. Terry (who looked after us) was knowledgeable and helpful. There was no pressure and even though we might have been able to do a bit better on price by searching the internet we went with the dreams offer. All the staff were polite and helpful.

Excellent customer service from Kevin. He listened to my needs and was extremely knowledgable about the products and helped me choose a mattress and bed frame which was exactly what I wanted. All round great service.

The assistant was helpful and went the extra mile to ensure that we got what we wanted. Showed us a variety of options discussing the difference between them. He even made us a cup of tea!!
