Firstly when we arrived to the store we was greeted with such an open welcome which made us feel like a valued guest. Then whilst looking around we we given the supervision of Terry who was very very helpful always helping and evaluating the situation to suit our needs. We was offered many cups of tea which enabled us to spend more time shopping in a home environment as you would lounge around on the bed at your own home. Not only was we given advice on the mattress to suit my bad back and my dancer lifestyle he also made sure he was swapping the pillows for us for the better of our comfort. I really would recommend Dreams to anyone because it's such good value and comfort but also you get amazing help and guidance to allow you to find your perfect bed! We can't wait to have ours just before christmas and enjoy the festive spirit.

The service received by Geoff, Kevin and Terry was excellent. Not pressurised when entering the store and left to ask questions when we needed to ask them which is very unusual nowadays. Knowledgeable and helpful staff all round.

Terry and his team looked after us very well gave us coffee and made buying a bed a enjoyable morning thank u.

Kevin and Terry provided excellent service today. Kevin on arrival was very welcoming and attentative to our needs. We were offered refreshments whilst sorting out the necessary financial details. Everything was explained in detail. We had an excellent visit to this store and would definitely recommend to others.

Terry and the team were professional, friendly, helpful and informative. We were greeted on arrival and felt free to browse; equally help and advice were available for us when required. Tea and coffee were soon offered and we did partake. Different pillows were available as we tested the beds . We didn't feel rushed into making a purchase.

Geoff the sale assistant was very helpful and not too pushy.

Served by manager Kat, very friendly and a mine of information about each of the beds we tested. Not pushy in the slightest ( and we would have left had she been!), understood our needs and offered just the right amount of support to assist with our purchase. Kat provided a great introduction to mattress types and the various levels of support, talked us through the services Dreams provide to customers and allowed us time to ourselves to make an informed choice, returning to us periodically to see how we were getting on. She even provided us with a welcome cup of coffee whilst we toured the store. I also noticed the attentiveness of other store staff towards other customers. All in all a really positive experience.

We were given all the help and advice we needed and were treated like a valued customer.
