The assistant was friendly, informed and not pushy. He offered us a choice of pillows, a cup of tea, and generally made the whole experience better. The problem was with the finance house who had to fix an issue but a second colleague was also helpful in resolving this and most apologetic for the extra time taken.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I had a problem when I applied i was refused credit and Terry went above and beyond to help me as I didn't understand what had happened.. (i dont have bad credit) great service and when my bed arrives I'm sure it will be a great bed!!

The Manager and both staff we dealt with, Geoff and Kev were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. They took the time to understand our needs and helped us to make an informed choice. Our son is looking forward to taking delivery of his first double bed and our daughter her new mattress.
