I was not quite sure all that I would. The salesman told me what I would need and at a great price

Roger and Terry were attentive but still allowed time for us to think and discuss in private. real pillows were provided to help us gain a better experience of the bed and as such we actually purchased these as well!

Terry and Roger were very helpful and patient while we made our choice.

My wife and I made the trip to Dreams Redditch during a period of significant snowfall, but we decided to brave the journey as my wife had been complaining of a sore neck in the morning for some time, and we needed to get her a new pillow. On route, we wondered if the store would in fact be open due to the heavy snowfall. However, we had not counted on the intrepid 'Terry' who had made his way into the store, and had even shovelled clear a parking space for us! Whilst in the store Terry was very helpful in recommending various pillows to us, offered us a hot beverage (even hot chocolate!) and even managed to do us a good deal on a second pillow. He came out to the car park with us with his shovel to make sure we got on our way OK again. All in all we were very impressed in the level of service we received, and would certainly return again! Many thanks Terry!
