The assistant was informative and helpful but also left us to consider our options at our leisure albeit being readily available to answer queries

Kevin and Terry were extremely knowledgeable about the products. We did not feel forced into.any decisions. Totally comfortable experience and will return for the other beds in the next year

Able to both see and try the different mattresses before making a purchase. Friendly helpful staff.

The salesman was very helpful and showed us a variety of bed to try as not everybody has the same sleeping pattern. He showed us a bed one side soft the other harder as I have back problem.

This is an excellent store which I have used MANY times over the years ~ excellent staff service and advice.

Geoff was very helpful and friendly but not forceful like some of your competitors sales representatives

Upon entering the store we were greeted by Geoff. He made us very welcome. I explained what my requirements were and he explained what they could offer. He showed us to the extra firm mattress beds and went off to get us a cup of tea. My Mother being 90 was offered somewhere to sit and made comfortable. Geoff explained everything I needed to know and gave me plenty of time to decide. While we were there the rest of the staff were very friendly towards us and made a fuss of my Mother. All in all it was an excellent shopping experience.
