Dreams - Redditch

Very warm welcoming by roger - showed us around and made sure we found what we was looking for. Everything we was shown we was given all information on and how well it would suit to our needs and comforts. We was also offered a cup of coffee given by Sian , who was very polite and welcoming( also made a great cup of coffee) the whole team made us feel happy and comfortable to be in the store and all very happy and kind! Would defiantly come again when looking and would recommend highly! So happy with the experience we had today.

Salesman Kevin gave us plenty of time to choose the item and show the differences in quality v price on beds and mattresses in the Redditch showroom plus Terry helped with showing us how to use the ottoman feature which was great plus tea and coffee was provided too.. we only went in for a pillow lol

Roger knew what he was talking about and guided us through the store and the different beds and mattresses. Gave us different options and basically very helpful

We were highly Satisfied with the service we received from Kevin Kendall at Dreams in Redditch, Worcestershire. He was very knowledgeable about all of the different kinds of mattresses, divan beds, pillows etc, he encouraged us to just try all of them at our leisure. We don't rush into buying anything, we like to take our time, we weren't rushed or hassled to hurry up at all. This is our second visit and we have always felt at ease with the dreams staff. We even took the plunge and bought new tempur pillows for all our family!! Great store, Kevin was really lovely and we will definitely be back in the future :)*****

The assistant waited until we realised we needed help, then eased into helping us seamlessly. He was neither pushy nor hard sell. He knew his product range well. Discovered the type of bed required, and guided us to the products that would be suitable.

Made very welcome & dealt with in a friendly & professional manor.Given opportunity to try bed to suit our needs as my wife suffers from m.s. Price quoted in your sale was good for the high quality purchase. Kevin in the Redditch store attended to us in very friendly & efficient way & we came away very satisfied.Would recommend Dreams to our friends & family.
