Friendly and helpful staff, not 'pushy'

Very helpful friendly staff

I had been into your store before and I was shown what I wanted straight away.

Assistant was excellent in every way (Terry)

The store was bright and welcoming and we saw exactly what we were looking for. Compared to another bed store the quality was vastly superior for a very similar price. The sales assistant (Geoff) was helpful without being pushy.

Validation code B198, served by Roger. Roger greeted us as we entered the store and was very friendly and extremely helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the mattresses and showed us quite a few that he thought might suit our requirements/needs. He was very patient and we weren't hurried at all. He had listened to what I had said about a neck and shoulder problem I have and offered advice regarding pillows that might improve my nights' sleep. He also offered us refreshments which we declined.

We knew what we were looking for before our visit to the store but without the help of a wonderful salesman by the name of Terry it would have taken much more time to find it and he also knew about the products so could guide us in the right direction.

on visiting your Redditch showroom we met kevin who introduced himself one of your salespersons, avery nice friendly person who explained your colour codeing system for your products,he then left us to browse at our own pace,checking and offering useful information if and when we needed it.when we chose our mattress he made every effort to make sure we were happy, at that we completed the purchase,

I dealt with Kevin, with some help from Terry at one point, and they provided all of the information that I needed. Once the decision was made, the buying process was relatively quick and straightforward. Both were helpful without being pushy and aided the buying decision.

All the staff were very pleasant and your sales person Kevin Kendall was a really nice guy who gave us plenty of time and advice and made us very welcome.
