Dreams - Redditch

We were shown the range of products that were available to us promptly and efficiently.

On walking into the store I was welcomed by a friendly team and offered a cup of tea - which was very welcoming especially after being stressed from house decorating! Geoff served me and went through my order making sure nothing was forgotten and that I was happy. A younger college was training up and he was very pleasant too. Geoff added some humour whilst serving me which again I would highly rate. Beds ordered for delivery and install next week - so hopefully that will go as smoothly as the ordering part did!

Our dreams colleagues name Roger helped assist the type of mattress I need for my medical problems. His knowledge helped me and his manner was extremely friendly and kind. He offered drinks, which we took up the offer and was greatful for. The validation code is B198.

The staff Kevin and Terry were very helpful and very courteous. Made me a cup of tea when I got there. Made an appointment on your website and they were very helpful. Good product knowledge and listened to what I wanted. Would definitely go back.xx

We returned to purchase a bed we had viewed before Christmas and although we changed the original order it was all very easy and quick. The staff were very helpful.

Kevin who served us. was really polite and friendly, offered us a cup of coffee when we made a quote. was really helpful in helping us pick out a bed :) all the staff at the redditch branch are totally awesome!

We were able to walk around and try as many beds as we'd like and not be hassled in any way. But when needing advise the help was there. Nothing was to mush trouble. Staff were lovely and friendly. Didn't have a hard sell at all which is how we like it.
