Dreams - Redditch

We were served by Sandra at the REdditch store, we had visited a week before and saw her, extremely helpfully. So on return it was good to see her again, she processed our order very efficiently.

Sandra was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. She helped me with advice tailored to my needs. She was also lovely to chat to while I was making a decision. I was given a cup of tea too which was great as I was there a long time. Overall a nice experience.

I was satisfied with the purchase I made I do think the beds are very nice but extremely expensive I brought a display item I think it would be better if the bed, base and mattress were one item, and if people want a more expensive or specific mattress they can be supplied as an extra option Many people cant afford those beds, it's sad when your in the shop, as you see those beds then realize you can't afford one

I was very pleased with my experience at Dreams Redditch. Very clean store, two friendly, smart and helpful staff. Easy to shop, lots to choose from. Brilliant service by Baz and Sandra especially helping me as I had my 10month old with me who was not a fan of bed shopping.
