Very good assistance from Kathryn whilst me and my wife and 1 year old were unsure of what product we needed.

On a cold, wet & windy day, Geoff met me with a smile & warm welcome. He asked if he could help me or did I want to browse? I said I wanted help & he could not have been more cordial or efficient to help me find exactly the bed I was looking for.

The salesman identified our needs and found exactly the mattress we were looking for. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very welcome.

We were very specific as to what we required. your colleague's Kevin and Terry went out of their way to find what we wanted. we were very impressed as the other 3 stores we had visited didnt seemed to want to help us .

Terence and the team were very good we were made welcome with a hot drink we were able to try many beds before we made our minds up we had pillows put on the beds for us to try over haul very much made welcome by the staff Terry was very helpful and freindly

Offered assistance as soon as we entered the store. Offered a complimentary coffee, shown difference in all items we looked at. Advice was given at all stages. Kevin was extremely helpful. All in all a very good shopping experience.

Terry in the showroom was friendly and helped us find exactly what we wanted to find. We were served promptly and with great courtesy. With so many mattresses to choose from having someone to guide us was most appreciated.

Roger, the salesman, who dealt with us was very excellent good product knowledge and friendly approach.
