Dreams - Redditch

We were greeted as we entered the store by very friendly staff, we were asked if we needed their advice which we did and was given full product knowledge on mattresses and price ranges etc, we were asked if we would like a cup of tea of which we both thought was very nice. The customer service was excellent.

We were greeted immediately by a very knowledgeable gentleman named Roger. We told him what our price range was and what we were looking for. He invited us to try out several beds that fitted our requirements, taking pillows with him to ensure our comfort. We decided to spend a little over our budget and opt for a gel top for coolness instead of the memory foam. We were also offered a hot beverage during our visit.

Prior to our visit to the Redditch store we had looked on line and already made a decision on the bed. Kevin at the store was extremely helpful. He explained everything to us clearly and showed us the difference that sprung slats would make. We tested many mattresses and Kevin didn't try and push the most expensive mattress on to us. Highly impressed with the service received from Kevin.

Choosing bed for daughter (nearly 16).so was going for single.but with alot of trying and the right size for the v small bedroom.kevin help with the hxlxw on the .so she went for a small double .v happy *****

Good shop layout. Easy to find bed we were looking for. Knowledgable and friendly staff who gave us space when needed

We needed to have an afternoon delivery due to having carers to get my husband up in the morning and it was all arranged and we have been assured the delivery drivers will bag up and remove the old mattress.

Everything was explained properly. Nothing was to much trouble. We had tea and coffee.

Roger asked if we would like assistance and asked the important questions needed (if we knew what sort of mattress we wanted and who it was for). We were offered drinks and help trying out the different mattresses. Roger helped by offering a pillow and details about the mattress. He gave us all the information required to make a decision and was friendly and helpful throughout. A truly brilliant experience (hassle and stressful free) and we would definitely make this our first place to visit in the future. Can't wait to get the mattress.
