Roger the sales assistant was very helpful and priced up a few requests before l made up my mind.The one item l was upset with is the cost of disposal of my old bed and mattress.l feel a standard charge of twenty five pounds instead of fifty three pounds is more realistic when spending £826.00.Everything else was very satisfactory.Im looking forward to delivery now and hope it goes as easy as my purchase.

Kevin at Redditch listened to what we were saying and whilst we ended up spending double what we had hoped for we were not pushed into this decision it was an informed purchase.

On arrival was greeted by Kevin and he listened to our needs and knew exactly what we required. Nothing was too much trouble when we told him what we needed and was more than happy to guide us. He was not pushy and didn't push his opinions onto us. He was more than willing to let us check several mattresses over and over.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff made the visit pleasurable as well as successful in terms of meeting our purchasing need. Children were welcome and encouraged to take part in the buying process.
